These Terms of Service govern your use of TaxMeUp, operated by Elite AI Holdings LLC. By using the Service you agree to these Terms.
TaxMeUp provides AI-assisted tax-preparation tools and an optional human-reviewed "Concierge" tier. TaxMeUp is not a substitute for advice from a licensed CPA or Enrolled Agent for complex situations, and AI-generated output requires your review before filing.
Subscription tiers bill monthly or annually; Concierge is a one-time $499 fee. See our Refund Policy for cancellation and refund terms.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit and for reviewing any return before filing with the IRS or a state agency.
The Service is provided "AS IS". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Elite AI Holdings LLC's total liability is capped at the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding a claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA. Disputes go to the state or federal courts located in Santa Clara County, California.
